Located inside the clubhouse, the fitness center is open 7 days a week 5:00 am – 10:00 pm.
The center features a host of state-of-the-art cardio equipment including elliptical trainers, treadmills, stationary bikes, as well as resistance training machines, free weights and TRX Suspension equipment.
Steve Snow, Certified Personal Trainer, can be reached at (901) 240- 1338. He is trained to give advice on weight training programs, work out schedules and dieting. He can design a specific program just for you to help you reach your fitness and health goals!
Jennifer Pede, Certified Personal Trainer, can be reached at (901) 218- 4251 or spingirl78@yahoo. She is trained in TRX Suspension Training and offers small group personal training and boot camps.
