Certificate Term Membership
AVAILABLE ONLY TO NEW MEMBERS
Open to all applicants over the age of twenty-one. The approved applicants share all Club amenities, including both South & North Course, all dining facilities, pool, tennis, etc. During the 2 year commitment period, the member will not be allowed voting privileges or the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors.
Initiation Fee: $1000 payable upon application
2-year Promissory Note: The new member will be required to sign a 2 year Promissory Note. This means the member promises to be a member for 2 years, if the member fails to honor the 2 year Promissory Note they will be responsible for paying $4000 plus tax under the promissory note. If member completes 2 year note, then the $4000 fee is waived.
Monthly Dues: $390.00 (plus tax)
Monthly Capital Expenditure Fund: $140.00 (no tax)
Buyers Club: $10.00 (plus tax)
Total Monthly Obligations: $577.01(plus tax)

COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB OFFERS THE FOLLOWING MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNTIES:
CERTIFICATE MEMBERSHIP
Open to all applicants over the age of twenty-one. The approved applicant shares equally with all Certificate Members, ownership in the Club's property and assets with a $1.00 equity position. Member gains rights with full privileges to all Club amenities without restrictions. Members may hold office and have the right to vote on Office and By-Law issues presented to a quorum of Certificate Members at called meetings.
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Open to bonafide companies, corporations, and legal business entities. A minimum of three applicants may apply for Membership in this category. One, and only one, approved applicant will be designated as a Certificate Member. Other approved applicants may select a Membership category of their choosing and will receive the rights and privileges of that specific category. The company will be responsible for maintaining all monthly obligations of dues and fees for a minimum of three Members for the life of the Membership. The spouses of Lady Members shall have the rights and privileges of a Social Member. Current Certificate Members wishing to transfer to a Corporate Membership will be granted a $10,000 credit towards the Corporate initiation fees. A current Certificate Member transferring their Membership to a Corporate Membership agrees to an amended equity position of $1.00.
CONVERTIBLE MEMBERSHIP
Open to all applicants between the ages of twenty-one and thirty-nine. The approved applicant and their family receive all Club privileges except voting, equity, and holding office. Currently the dues for this membership are $298 per month. The Member may convert to a Certificate Membership upon turning 40 for half of the then current initiation fee.
SPECIAL CONVERTIBLE MEMBERSHIP
Open to the son, son-in-law, daughter, or daughter-in-law of a Certificate member in good standing between the ages of twenty-one and thirty-nine. The approved applicant receives all Club privileges except voting, equity, and holding office. The male Member converts to a Certificate Membership upon turning 40 with no additional fee required.
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
Open to all applicants who are twenty-one years fo age or older. The approved applicant receives priveleges (except voting, holding office, and equity) to all non-golf amenities; including Tennis, Pool, Dining, Special Events, and Fitness Center. Golf privileges are restricted to two rounds per month and are subject to the fees and policies of in-town guests. One recent change to this category is the addition of walking golfing privelages on our North Course for the member's children between the ages of twelve and sixteen.
NON-RESIDENT MEMBER
The privileges of a non-resident Member are the same as a Certificate Member. A Non-Resident Member must reside more than 75 miles from the Club and may not own or rent a residence, register to vote, or register a vehicle in Shelby County. Privileges include access to all amenities and activities of the Club without restriction for the Member and his or her immediate family. The Member may not vote or hold office.
